These bibs are made with fabric from old boxer shorts, pajama bottoms and scraps from the remnant bin. For extra absorbency, I added an inner layer of flannel from a pair of thread-bare pajama bottoms. Boxer shorts, incidentally, are great for this kind of thing - they've been washed a hundred times and the fabric is super soft.
I think Billy likes them.
